Flinspire Foundation (FLI) is a youth-led nonprofit building India’s next generation of climate-ready talent through its flagship initiative, Flinspire Green Pathways.
India’s green economy is expanding rapidly—projected to reach $1 trillion by 2030 and create 35 Million Green Jobs by 2047. Cities like Hyderabad alone have 1000+ open roles today across renewable energy, EV infrastructure, ESG, waste management, and climate tech.
Yet, there is a critical disconnect.
Despite this growth, less than 10% of youth receive formal green skills training, and most existing programs fail to translate into real employment pathways. Over 1 million candidates have been trained, but job-linkage remains limited, and awareness of green careers is still low.
This gap is not just about skills, it is about Access, Clarity, and Pathways.
FLI was awarded The 2024 Social Impact Seed Award by The Aspire Institute, founded by Professors of Harvard Business School
In 2025, FLI was first selected for the Prestigious beVisioneers: The Mercedes Benz Fellowship and recognized with the Catalyst Award - Placing it among Asia's Top 50 Youth lead Impact Projects
